We are looking for a SharePoint lead who will support the digital transformation and democratize the intranet across Bauer. In this role, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the design, architecture, development, deployment, operations, administration, training, and support of key SharePoint infrastructure and business solutions.

We are looking for support at our locations in Hamburg, Warsaw, or London.


  • Responsible for the architecture, configuration, development, and maintenance of SharePoint technologies in Bauer
  • Deploy and manage SharePoint custom features and solution package
  • Preparation of SharePoint documentation, planning, and processes
  • Lead the SharePoint initiatives
  • Perform SharePoint administration to include managing permissions
  • Identify and resolve problems
  • Provide end-user support and encourage user adoption.
  • Maintain the SharePoint environment to include revisiting and reviewing content to ensure business relevance


  • Proven experience and a deep understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Development
  • Knowledge of architecture and infrastructure with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience in monitoring and operating a SharePoint-interfaced platform
  • Project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Languages: English (required), German & Polish (desirable)
